Ryan brings 14 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, with a background spanning emergency medicine, Direct Primary Care (DPC), and genomic precision medicine. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he has built his career around patient-centered, relationship-driven care. His years in the emergency department revealed the limits of the traditional healthcare model and inspired his move to DPC, where the focus is on prevention, accessibility, and meaningful provider–patient relationships. He has worked closely with data scientists and functional medicine specialists to advance the practical application of human genomic insights in clinical care, and has spent several years developing products that bring genomic medicine into the DPC model.

Sean is a recognized healthcare innovator with more than 30 years of experience. As CEO of PatientPoint, he brings a proven record of driving operational excellence and scaling high-growth businesses. He was named Healthcare Leader of the Year by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 2015, and in 2019 was ranked the seventh most influential person in healthcare by Modern Healthcare.

Dr. Walker is a community pharmacy manager with nearly two decades of experience in patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University and is board certified as a Health and Wellness Coach. Her specialized training in pharmacogenomics and precision medicine includes certifications through ASHP, RxGenomix, and the Wild Health Precision Medicine Fellowship. She brings deep expertise in pharmacogenomics, medication optimization, and patient engagement to the board, with a passion for advancing precision medicine in everyday clinical practice.

With more than 16 years of service in healthcare as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Nicole is committed to holistic health and wellness through a comprehensive, integrative approach. She has completed advanced training in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, primary care, mental health, and functional medicine, and is dedicated to compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs, with particular attention to women’s health.
