Take the guesswork out of your daily wellness
My Micronutrients+ Guide™ reads your DNA to show how well your body manages 30+ vitamins, minerals, and key nutrients, so you can spend smarter and eat better.
DNA-powered · Confidential · One blood draw covers all your guidesMost supplement advice is one-size-fits-all. Your genes aren’t.
Many of us spend a fortune on supplements our bodies don’t need, or push levels too high. This guide gives you a smarter starting point grounded in your own biology.
Personalized to your DNA
Every finding is built from your own genetic variants, not generic recommendations or a quiz about how you feel.
Spend smarter, not more
See where your genes create friction and where they don’t, so you can skip the supplements your body already handles well.
Food-first guidance
Each nutrient comes with whole-food sources to reach for first, with supplement notes to discuss with your provider.
How it works
Three simple steps from your DNA to a clear, personalized nutrition picture.
We read your DNA file
Your guide is built from an Illumina genotyping array covering 1.9M+ common genetic variants, focused on those studied in nutrition genomics.
We create proprietary polygenic risk scores
Each nutrient gets a 0–100 score built from our proprietary polygenic risk scores, combining multiple well-studied variants weighted by published effect sizes for a stable estimate.
You get a personalized guide
A scorecard, top-priority findings, and food-first recommendations for every nutrient group, in plain language you can act on with your provider.
Meet your Genetic Friction Score™
Think of it less like a grade and more like a resistance meter. A low score means your genes work with you; a higher score means they create obstacles worth paying attention to.
Your genes are working with you here. Negligible genetic friction. Less effort needed to manage this area well.
About average. Your biology doesn’t give you a clear advantage or disadvantage. Standard guidance applies here.
Your genes create real impact here. Not a diagnosis. A signal that this area deserves more of your attention.
What’s inside your guide
A 20-page personalized guide covering eight nutrient groups, with a clear scorecard and prioritized recommendations.
Built to be trustworthy
Our design choices are simple, transparent, and deliberately conservative, because that’s what makes the information worth trusting.
Polygenic scoring
Each score combines several well-studied variants rather than a single marker, so one quirky finding can’t move the needle. Single-gene predictions are rarely reliable on their own.
Evidence that clears three filters
Every finding must pass peer-reviewed research, a replicated effect, and clinically meaningful relevance to micronutrient metabolism, absorption, or transport.
A note on ancestry
Most nutrition genomics research to date comes from European-ancestry cohorts. We continue to update findings as more diverse research emerges.
What it does not do
This is a nutrition guide, not a medical diagnostic. It doesn’t guide disease risk, drug metabolism, rare-variant findings, or your current nutrient levels.
Frequently asked questions
Does this tell me which supplements to buy?
No. It doesn’t guide current deficiencies or tell you what to buy. It shows how well your body manages the vitamins, minerals, and supplements your provider may suggest, so think of it as what to watch for, not what to act on. Always confirm with labs and your provider before starting any supplement.
What if it flags a nutrient I’ve never had a problem with?
A high chance of friction in something you’ve never struggled with likely means you’re already getting enough from your diet or supplements to counter your genetic baseline. It can also mean you carry genes for a deficiency that could develop later, useful to keep an eye on.
Do I need a blood draw?
IG requires one blood draw that can be used for all of your guides. If you’ve already had your blood drawn, you’re all set. If not, you’ll need to order your DNA kit to produce this Guide. Your results are tied to a private, anonymous guide identifier (IGID) rather than your name.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. It reflects a genetic predisposition, not a diagnosis, and it doesn’t measure your current habits or nutrient levels. Genomic data should be used alongside lab results and the guidance of a health or wellness professional.
How accurate is the scoring?
Each 0–100 score is built from multiple peer-reviewed, replicated variants and weighted by published effect sizes where available. Combining several well-studied variants produces a more stable estimate than any single gene can on its own.
Personalized to your DNA
The same guide gives two people different, DNA-specific guidance. Here is a look inside a real scored result.
