Our policy is not to share your genetic data with outside parties; if we ever receive a legally valid request we are required to answer, we follow the law and keep disclosure to a minimum. We use encryption, access controls, audit logging and vendor agreements that restrict how data can be used, and only authorized people can reach the systems that build your reports. Research use is optional and only if you opt in. You can ask us to delete your file, your reports and your account information at any time, and we do it within 30 days.
