• Checkout and payment are handled directly by our e-commerce platform, which you provide your order and payment details to in order to complete a purchase. We do not store full payment card numbers, and we do not share your genetic data with the e-commerce platform.

Our e-commerce platform processes your order and payment so we can fulfill your purchase. It receives only the order and payment information you provide at checkout, and it does not receive your genetic data.

The only information we share with our lab partner, Labcorp, is the minimum needed to identify your blood sample. Labcorp identifies the sample internally and returns it to us using a Labcorp ID, so no personally identifiable information (PII) is needed for this process.
