To process your order for your DNA test we will need your genetic gender and date of birth. Please include these in the Additional Information section at the bottom of the order page.

Your DNA test will be run at Labcorp, a top-rated lab testing company in the United States.  After you purchase your kit, we will send you a lab requisition form to take to the LabCorp patient service center near you.

Please allow 10-24 days from the date you visit a local LabCorp patient service center for your DNA test to be complete and your report(s) requested to be generated.
